近日，世界衛(wèi)生組織（WHO）的英文版官網(wǎng)發(fā)布了2023年世界聽力日的主題：Ear and hearing care for all! Let’s make it a reality（人人享有耳與聽力保健！讓我們實(shí)現(xiàn)它）。
2023年世界聽力日，世界衛(wèi)生組織將強(qiáng)調(diào)Ear and hearing care for all（“將耳與聽力保健納入基層醫(yī)療”的重要性），應(yīng)作為全民健康覆蓋的重要組成部分。
在2021年世衛(wèi)組織發(fā)布的首份《世界聽力報(bào)告》中，未來30年聽力受損者的人數(shù)可能會(huì)增加1.5倍以上，超過7億人可能會(huì)經(jīng)歷中度或更嚴(yán)重的聽力損失。各成員國(guó)必須將以耳與聽力保健納入國(guó)家衛(wèi)生計(jì)劃。
同時(shí)，亦有耳科專家指出，“我國(guó)聽力篩查工作雖然在全球領(lǐng)先，但衛(wèi)生信息系統(tǒng)缺乏耳與聽力保健的數(shù)據(jù)和指標(biāo)；我國(guó)耳鼻喉科注冊(cè)醫(yī)師（含助理）僅有約3.58萬(wàn)人，而國(guó)家政策目前更著重于兒童。
而且，我國(guó)配戴助聽器/人工耳蝸的成年人約7%，而《世界聽力報(bào)告》提出，到2030年，輔聽技術(shù)有效覆蓋率低于50%的成員國(guó)，應(yīng)努力爭(zhēng)取達(dá)到至少50%的有效覆蓋率。”
2023年的世界聽力日主題，向我們傳達(dá)了以下關(guān)鍵信息：
·耳及聽力問題是社區(qū)中最常見的問題之一。
·其中60%的問題可以在基層醫(yī)療層面得到解決。
·通過這一級(jí)別的培訓(xùn)和能力建設(shè)，將耳與聽力保健納入基層醫(yī)療是可能的。
·這種整合將使民眾獲益，并促進(jìn)各國(guó)向“全民健康覆蓋”的目標(biāo)發(fā)展。
2023年3月3日，世界衛(wèi)生組織將面向衛(wèi)生工作者、基層醫(yī)生推出全新的耳科和聽力護(hù)理培訓(xùn)手冊(cè)。該手冊(cè)將附上培訓(xùn)師手記和社區(qū)資源等。

World Hearing Day 2023 will highlight the importance of integrating ear and hearing care within primary care, as an essential component of universal health coverage
Key messages
Ear and hearing problems are among the most common problems encountered in the community.
Over 60% of these can be identified and addressed at the primary level of care.
Integration of ear and hearing care into primary care services is possible through training and capacity building at this level.
Such integration will benefit people and help countries move towards the goal of universal health coverage.
On this day, WHO will launch a new training manual - Primary ear and hearing care training manual for health workers and general practitioners. The manual will be accompanied with trainer’s handbook and other community resources.
